Samantha LeJeune

Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana I’ve always had a fascination with older homes, but I never thought rehabbing and selling historic properties would be my career. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in 2000 and worked in public accounting for 7 years. Always knowing this wasn’t the field for me, I finally quit to pursue Real Estate in 2007. Luckily, I use my accounting knowledge often when putting real estate deals together.
I was licensed the same year and worked as a realtor for Lake Charles Property Management then Redd Properties. I then got my Brokers license the end of 2010 and opened Rhino Real Estate. I chose that name because my husband is a general contractor and owns Rhino Rhenovators and we wanted to keep similar names. We work a lot on historic homes, therefore, I have extensive knowledge about what it takes to correctly restore these special homes and the market associated with them.
