(Before and after) Originally located on Shell Beach drive, we moved this home to Pujo street to save it from demolition and remodeled from head to toe. Renovated in 2010.

916 Broad

This two story frame house with paneled “lake Charles” columns was built in 1915. It now features original hardwood floors and raised grain pine on all doors and trim. Renovated in 2012.

518 Division

Built in the 1890s, this home’s back half of the house was rotted and detached before our renovations. Renovated in 2010.

1025 Pujo

The prominent mission style chimney and Victorian trim makes this house an eye catcher. This house was the first spec home ever built in Lake Charles and is in the National Historic Register. Renovated in 2006.

917 Broad

This bungalow frame home was originally built in the 1920s. It features three fireplaces and all original hardwood floors that we refinished. It was land locked with no driveway when we started our renovations. Renovated in 2010.

Queen Anne Revival cottage built in the early 1900s that features Pecky Cypress walls in the living and dining room. Renovated in 2012.
